MMA betting lines for UFC 203 odds are now live on RealBet. The Conor McGregor v.s. Nate Diaz fight in UFC 202 turned into a barn burner that will be watched and enjoyed for years. McGregor got his revenge, and more importantly his brand back, which will mean more top notch fighting entertainment from the Irishman.

Diaz fought well and his claim to being injured seems plausible as at times his timing seemed off. However, that doesn’t take anything away from McGregor’s victory- we await the McGregor/Diaz 3 rematch with a lot of anticipation.

UFC 203 Odds – Stipe Miocic vs. Alistair Overeem

Although UFC 203 will not have quite the spectacular draw of a McGregor/Diaz type storyline, there are several excellent matchups. First and foremost, we have a Heavyweight title fight with Alistair Overeem (+115) seeking to win the belt from Stipe Miocic (-145). Both are very tough, solid fighters who have fought their way through the ranks and some adversity. This should be a close fight and Miocic’s first title defense- ultimately I don’t see a ton of betting value here. Pick the guy you are pulling for and sit back and enjoy.

MMA Lines – Fabricio Werdum vs. Travis Browne

The fight I am actually more interested in as an MMA fan is the Fabricio Werdum and Travis Browne fight. I had a chance to take an elevator ride with Werdum in Vegas a few years back, and he was as nice of a guy as you could imagine. We chatted a little bit about fighting, but more about which casino had the best blackjack comps. Trust me when I say he is one very big, very fit guy.

Travis Browne is no slouch either, although he has struggled somewhat of late, and has to be considered a top tier fighter having knocked out among others Alistair Overeem. Whether he is in his early career form or not is debatable, and a victory over Werdum would be a big step to getting him back into being a contender for a heavyweight title shot. Ironically enough, it was Werdum that derailed Travis Brown on his first impressive run to a title fight. So a little more drama to this one I think, and I am curious to see how it turns out. Werdum by points would be my bet here when it comes to UFC 203 odds.

CM Punk UFC 203 Odds – MMA Betting

And lastly, we have the pure entertainment value of WWE star CM Punk crossing over to MMA and fighting his first match at UFC 203. Although we enjoyed Punk in his “wrasslin” career, we are a bit skeptical of the whole thing. At the very least, it is spectacular crossover marketing on the part of UFC supremo Dana White who saw the financial and viewership impact that Brock Lesnar had on his organization. This is no small thing as WWE and wrestling have tremendous fan bases and massive pay per view sales. White is no fool and knows that his brand is powered by some of the same market segment- which will only increase with the big wrestling names he brings over. Hence Lesnar and Punk.

UFC 203 Odds – Picks and Preview

CM Punk’s opponent is Mickey Gall, and if you said “who the %$#$ is that?” you wouldn’t be alone. Mickey Gall seems like a very nice Catholic boy, who at 2-0 is about as wet behind the ears as a thoroughbred running its maiden. However CM Punk has never taken a MMA punch to the face, so Gall remains the clear favorite although odds are not set. You can reasonably anticipate though that the UFC 203 betting odds on Gall should be somewhere around a -250 to -300. Make no mistake however- Dana White and the UFC ownership would love for CM Punk to win this and start a whole new Lesnar style money train.
